About Us
We are a family-owned farm in beautiful, rural northwest Florida. Our passion is raising
quality beef and pork in a natural, safe and stress-free, loving environment.
Our black and red Angus graze their entire lives on winter and summer pastures and
are supplemented with hay. Free choice grain is added to their diet the last 4-5 months
to provide enhanced marbling for tenderness, and a mild, rich flavor.
Our heritage Berkshire and Duroc/Hereford pigs are raised free-range and stall fed
grains to produce flavorful, tender pork. If you haven’t tried Berkshire pork you are
missing out on pork the way it was meant to be.
Our beef and pork are sold by the whole and half and are processed locally at a USDA
inspected facility. All meats are custom-cut and vacuum sealed. See our cut-sheets for
